The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1 line 4, after the word, "authorized" by striking the period and inserting the words, "with the following amendments:

'On page 22, subdivision 7.3.11, by striking the words " as prescribed by the attending practitioner" and inserting the words, "as recommended by a qualified dietician;"."
